Managing your account

Editing your Membership:

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account.
  2. On your Dashboard, select the ‘Me’ tab.
  3. Scroll down to ‘Membership.’
  4. Select ‘Stop Membership’ at the top of the screen to stop your membership.

*Note: After you downgrade your membership, you will still be able to access your Mahmee account to view past appointment records, view articles, and view past messages with your provider. You will not be able to access Membership features.*

Editing billing information

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account and select the ‘Me’ tab.
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Billing.’
  3. Add or change payment method and view your Billing History.

Notification Settings

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account and select the ‘Me’ tab.
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Notifications.’
  3. Toggle your preferences for recieving Mahmee notifications.
