Managing your account

Downgrading your Membership:

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account.
  2. On your Dashboard, select the ‘Me’ tab.
  3. Scroll down and select ‘Membership.’
  4. Select ‘Stop Membership’ at the top of the screen to stop your membership.

*Note: After you downgrade your membership, you will still be able to access your Mahmee account to view past appointment records, view articles, and view past messages with your provider. You will not be able to access Membership features.*

Editing billing information, add payment method, or change credit card number on file

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account and select the ‘Me’ tab.
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Billing.’
  3. Here, you can;
  4. Add a payment method, change the credit card on file, and view your Billing History.

Notification Settings

  1. Log in to your Mahmee account and select the ‘Me’ tab.
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Notifications.’
  3. Toggle your preferences for recieving Mahmee notifications.
