Viewing a Visit Summary

After an Appointment with a provider, you will receive a Visit Summary with important notes from the appointment.

1. In the ‘Me’ tab, scroll to ‘My Care’.
2. Scroll to the appointment
3. Select ‘View Visit Summary’
4. Your visit summary will show in a pop up.
