Baby growth monitor

(For patients)

The baby growth monitor allows you to track your baby’s weight-for-age percentiles on the WHO growth chart. The CDC recommends using the WHO growth chart to monitor growth for infants and children ages 0 to 2 years of age in the U.S.

The growth chart is automatically created when a weight is added either during account set up, when adding a baby’s birth information, or during an appointment in Mahmee.

To add a weight entry on your baby’s growth monitor:

  1. Start on your dashboard and scroll down to the My Monitors section.

2. Click on your baby’s Growth Monitor. Here, you’ll see your baby’s growth chart information at the bottom of the chart.

3. Click Add new weight under your baby’s name on the top left of the screen.

4. Enter your baby’s weight in the boxes provided, and use the Calendar Bar below to add the date your baby’s weight was taken.

5. Click the Add button.

6. The blue bar at the top of the screen indicates that the weight entry has been added and you will see the new weight plotted on the growth chart.

7. Click on any weight entry inside the growth chart to see a list of all the weight entries and dates in the growth chart.

To change or delete a weight entry:

Note: Weights entered by a provider during an appointment are not able to be edited or changed by patients.

  1. From your baby’s growth chart, click edit in the upper right corner.

2. Choose the weight entry that you want to delete and click the X to the right of the entry.

3. A pop-up screen will ask you to confirm that you want to delete this entry. Click Delete.

4. That entry has now been removed from the growth chart. Now, you may create a new, corrected weight entry by clicking Add new weight and following the steps above.
