(For patients)
You can attach a file in a message to your provider or a member of your Care Team. This is helpful if you want to send a photo, video, or file inside your message. This video demonstrates how to attach an image to a message sent to your Care Team.
- Log in to your Mahmee account and start on your Dashboard.
2. Get to your Messages by clicking “Ask a question anytime” under your name or the Speech Bubble in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click the “Ask a question” button and write your message to your provider.
4. Click the ‘Attach File’ button on the bottom left of your message box.
5. Choose the picture or file you’d like to send from the pop-up options on your device. Once you see your attachment name at the bottom of the message, click Send.
6. The green bar at the top of the screen indicates that your message and attachment have been successfully sent.
