Downgrading your Membership:
You’ll still have access to Mahmee through the end of your current billing cycle. If your needs change again, you can always come back and pick up where you left off.
Log in to your Mahmee account.
On your Dashboard, select the 'Me' tab.
Scroll down and select 'Membership.'
Select 'Stop Membership' at the top of the screen to stop your membership.
*Note: After you downgrade your membership, you will still be able to access your Mahmee information to previous care and previous messages with your provider.
Billing information and payment method
Log in to your Mahmee account and select the 'Me' tab at the bottom.
Scroll down and select 'Billing.'
Here, you can;
Add or edit a payment method and view your Billing History.
